Say No to Irradiated Meat
for Minnnesota School Children!

Three Minnesota school districts have been targeted by the Minnesota Department of Family Children and Leaning (CFL) to assess the acceptance of serving irradiated meat to their school children. It is expected that they will then try and serve irradiated meat in the school for the start of school year in the fall of 2003.

It is critical that the new director of CFL knows that this questionable food safety band-aid is not acceptable and that we do not want our children to be used as guinea pigs in the beef industry's push to cheaply mask the filthy product that is being produced.
